Your Bankruptcy Lawyer

Walter G. Bullington JR .

My goal is to eliminate my clients’ debts to the best of my ability under current bankruptcy law while providing my clients with peace of mind. One of the hardest aspects of doing this is to educate my clients as to what bankruptcy can and cannot do for them and then provide them complete predictability in their bankruptcy case.

After passage of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 2005, the options for a person filing for bankruptcy protection were reduced. My overall objective is to educate my clients appropriately so that they can make the best decision in their situation. I file Chapter 7 consumer cases, Chapter 7 business debt cases, Chapter 12 farmer and fisherman cases, Chapter 13 consumer cases and Chapter 13 business debt cases to achieve this goal. However, if bankruptcy is not the right option or not the right option yet, I will tell you that as well.
